Pneumatic dosing syringes – data sheet

All Doselite and Dosamatic Plus dosing syringes can be pneumatically operated and integrated into automated packaging lines.

We manufacture both single dosing syringes and multi-head dosing units with a single pneumatic actuator, allowing the simultaneous operation of multiple product syringes.

Pneumatic dosing syringes are air-operated, and the dosage is adjusted via a handwheel with graduated scale.

All Doselite and Dosamatic Plus syringes are entirely made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
They are very easy to use, thanks to intuitive controls (suction speed and dispensing speed adjustment), and highly reliable, ensuring precise and consistent dosing.

We guarantee a dosing accuracy of ±1%, provided the product is properly suctioned.

All parts in contact with the product can be easily disassembled without tools, making cleaning and maintenance operations quick and cost-effective.
Using signal exchange, all dosing syringes can be easily integrated into automated production and packaging lines, as well as into thermoformers and heat sealers.

We also manufacture multi-head dosing units to be integrated into existing production lines or mounted on custom stainless steel trolleys, fully tailored to the customer’s needs and specifications.

For multi-head dosing units, dose adjustment is performed using a single handwheel, which simultaneously sets the same quantity of product for each piston.
