Available in various versions with filling ranges up to 2 or 5 liters, in single-cylinder or double-cylinder configurations.

Fluélite dosing machines are fully customizable to suit the specific product and/or container to be filled. By adding anti-drip valves or stainless steel product cylinders, they become extremely versatile and suitable for volume filling of many types of liquid products in PET or plastic containers, tinplate, and glass.
For particularly foamy products, Fluélite volumetric dosing machines can be equipped with a bottom-up filling system (immersion nozzle system). This is a pneumatically controlled process in which the filling nozzles enter the container and gradually rise during the dispensing operation, minimizing foam formation as much as possible.
The dispensing speed, suction speed, and nozzle lift speed can all be adjusted.

The dosing machines can be equipped with methacrylate or stainless steel cylinders for dosing alcohol- or solvent-based products.
For dosing products containing hypochlorite, chlorine, or hydrochloric acid, Fluélite volumetric dosing machines with PVC components are also available.
