Fluélite

Pneumatically operated volumetric dosers, which allow you to fill any container with an exact quantity of product.

Available in various versions: with filling ranges up to 2 or 5 litres, in the single-cylinder or twin-cylinder version.

Fluélite dispensers are fully customizable to be adapted to the specific product and/or bottle to be filled; by combining anti-drip valves or stainless steel product cylinders, they become particularly versatile and usable for volume filling of many types of liquid products in PET or plastic, tinplate and glass. for products in particular, it is possible to equip the Fluélite volumetric dosers with a bottom filling system (immersion spout system): it is a pneumatically managed dosage in which the filling spouts enter the bottle and rise gradually during the dispensing operation, in order to avoid foam formation as much as possible.

The dispensing speed, the suction speed and the speed of the spout can be adjusted. The dispensers can be equipped with methacrylate or stainless steel cylinders for dosing alcoholic or solvent-based products. For dosing products containing hypochlorite, chlorine and hydrochloric acid, Fluélite volumetric dosing units with components made of PVC are also available

Piston-operated volumetric fillers fill any container with an exact amount of product.

How can I adjust the dose on the Fluelite vertical dispenser?
To adjust the quantity of product to be dispensed, turn the dose adjustment knob clockwise and/or counterclockwise. Specifically: to set a quantity greater than that currently set in the machine it is sufficient to remove air from the dispenser by pressing the emergency button and turn the handwheel anticlockwise (the indicator will go downwards) To decrease the quantity ‘ to be dispensed, on the other hand, it is necessary to bring the suction speed to zero, then activate the machine using the side button (insert a container to prevent any product from falling); the piston will stop in the end of dosage position, without going back, this will allow you to carry out the adjustment according to the dose to be set. To be able to go back to work it is necessary to press the emergency button again and give air to the machinery again
Can the Fluelite doser suck the product directly from a tank positioned on the ground or does it need a feed pump to be able to push the product into the dosing cylinder?
The Fluélite doser does not need any feed pump, but can easily suck the product from the tank or storage furo through a flexible hose.
What is the maximum distance between the suction tank and the Fluélite dispenser?
It is necessary to check where the storage tank is positioned, if in fact, the drum or tank is positioned higher than the Fluélite dispenser (for example a raised drum) the suction is easier because it exploits the force of gravity, therefore the distance is almost irrelevant. If the draft takes place from below (therefore from a dispenser positioned on the ground) the maximum distance we recommend between the dispenser and the storage tank cannot be greater than 2 meters.
Can I dose hot products with Fluélite or dense products?
Fluélite is supplied standard with a cylinder in methacrylate, a plastic material that cannot withstand high temperatures, therefore in case of dosing hot products it is necessary to purchase the Fluélite dispenser equipped with a stainless steel cylinder. On the other hand, it is not possible to dose thick products such as sauces, yoghurt, honey, with Fluélite, in this case it is necessary to purchase a volumetric doser from the Doselite range.
Is the Fluélite dispenser fully pneumatic? What type of compressor should I use?
The Fluélite dispenser is fully pneumatic in operation, therefore no electrical power supply is required, but it does require a compressor or compressed air system. We recommend using a compressor with the following minimum requirements: tank capacity 80 Lt, air flow 300 litres/minute, power 1.5Hp, possibly silenced and absolutely not lubricated. It is advisable to use an anti-condensation filter or a dryer to avoid any damage to the pneumatic components in case of particularly humid environments.
I carried out a cleaning cycle of the Fluélite dispenser using ethyl alcohol but the methacrylate cylinder was damaged. How come?
The methacrylate cylinder of the Fluélite dispenser is made of methacrylate, a plastic material not resistant to high temperatures and not resistant to high alcoholic concentrations, therefore it cannot be washed with boiling water or with alcoholic or acid solutions.
