Tandem filter holder for Enolmatic

Professional filtration for flawless bottling

To achieve the best results in a bottling process, quality must go beyond just filling: filtration also plays a fundamental role. Tandem is the filtration system designed to integrate perfectly with the Enolmatic filler, offering effective and safe treatment of wine, oil, craft beer, liqueurs, juices and other liquid foods. The Tandem filter housing can be equipped with filter cartridges of various porosity levels, from 0.2 to 10 microns. This allows you to choose the filtration grade best suited to the product, always ensuring a clear result free of impurities. Tandem works in line with Enolmatic without compromising production speed: the flow remains constant, and operational efficiency is ensured. In a single step, the system filters the product while preserving the organoleptic properties of the treated liquid. Designed for those seeking simplicity and convenience, Tandem is easy to install and manage. The cartridges can be replaced in seconds, and cleaning is done with a simple solution of water and neutral detergent. The structure is robust and built to last over time, with minimal maintenance required. Compatible with a wide variety of liquids and formats, Tandem is the ideal solution for small and medium-sized producers who want to enhance the quality of their bottling with a professional, versatile and affordable filtration system.

Can the Tandem filter housing be connected to the Enolmaster filler with 2 or 4 nozzles instead of using it with Enolmatic?
No, the Tandem filter housing holds only one filter cartridge, either in stainless steel or fiberglass, and can only be connected to the Enolmatic filler. Conversely, the Tandem Professional filter housing with three cartridges can only be connected to the Enolmaster filler and not to the single-nozzle Enolmatic.
Is it normal for the filter container not to be completely full?
No, this means that the jar is drawing in air. You need to open the lid, reposition the plastic grid inside the lid, and then reposition the O-ring that seals between the lid and the jar.
At the end of the process, I can’t fully empty the filter, especially when bottling more viscous products like oil or syrups—is this normal?
Yes, it’s normal; since the product is drawn in by the filler, the jar cannot be completely emptied automatically. You’ll need to empty the container manually.
What type of filters can be used with the Tandem?
Tandem is compatible with 10″ polypropylene filter cartridges available in various micron ratings (0.2 – 0.5 – 1 – 5 – 50 microns), depending on the desired level of filtration, or with stainless steel cartridges rated at 5 – 10 or 50 microns.
Can multiple filter housings be installed in series?
Yes, it is possible to connect two or more Tandem housings in series to perform double filtration in a single step, using cartridges with progressively finer porosity.
Can the Tandem be used with viscous products such as oil or dense liqueurs?
Yes, but it’s important to choose a cartridge with the most suitable micron rating and to consider that filtering dense products may require longer processing times or higher porosity.
How do you clean the Tandem filter housing?
After use, disassemble the filter body and wash it with warm water and a neutral detergent. The cartridge must also be thoroughly washed and dried before reuse.
Is the Tandem suitable for filtering hot products?
Yes, the Tandem can also be used to filter hot products up to 80°C, provided it is fitted with a stainless steel filter cartridge. Standard polypropylene cartridges are recommended only for room temperature or lukewarm liquids.
