The Jar Kit is an accessory designed to be used with the Enolmatic bottling machine, ideal for the precise filling of glass jars with oil, vinegar, liqueurs, and other liquids intended for food preservation. This kit allows for easy and careful filling of glass jars of various sizes containing vegetables and foods in oil or vinegar, as well as fruit or rum babà, while maintaining the integrity of the product. The Jar Kit can be paired with both the Enolmatic and the Enolmaster filling machines.

Faq

Is it possible to fill jam or honey jars using the Jar Kit with the Enolmatic?

The Enolmatic and Enolmaster work through a vacuum pump system. This vacuum bottling system allows the filling of any type of liquid product but is not suitable for dosing very dense and creamy products such as jam or honey.

Why does the product keep dripping from the Jar Kit lid after use?

This happens if the correct suction method is not followed. As with other accessories (mignon spout, Kristal), the Jar Kit also requires the product to be drawn from below, using a container placed on the ground, to avoid liquid backflow and residual dripping.

How is the filling level in the jars adjusted?

The level is adjusted by inserting a plastic tube (included) into the hole in the lid. The length of the tube that enters the mouth of the jar determines the final liquid level. It is a simple and precise system that adapts to jars of different heights and capacities.

What type of containers can be used with the Jar Kit?

The kit is compatible with internal neck diameter: from 35 mm maximum external diameter of the jar: 110 mm It is suitable for most glass jars used for preserves, vegetables, fruits, and foods in oil or vinegar.
