Doselite is a range of pneumatic volumetric dosing machines, extremely precise, reliable, and easy to use, designed for packaging liquid, semi-dense, and highly viscous products, with or without suspended particles, in any type of container. Doselite dosing pumps offer:

  • Extreme precision in dose repeatability

  • Versatility, thanks to all parts in contact with the product being made of AISI 316 stainless steel. This makes them suitable for use in the food industry for packaging sauces, jams, pesto, ragù, yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, and generally pet food in cream or sauce; in the chemical industry for packaging solvents, paints, varnishes, pastes, resins, adhesives; in the cosmetics and herbal industries for packaging creams, perfumes, nail polishes and gels, shampoos, scrubs, oils, masks, liquid foundations, mascaras, lip glosses; and in the pharmaceutical industry for packaging creams, syrups, and liquid and dense pharmaceutical and veterinary preparations.

  • Wide range of controls, allowing monitoring and adjustment of pressure, temperature, dispensing speed, and suction speed.

All Tenco dosing syringes can be operated pneumatically or with brushless motors, the latter ensuring even greater dosing precision and perfect integration into automatic production lines. Doselite machines can also be customized according to needs, with a base for bench or trolley positioning, with the dosing pump placed either at the top or bottom, or integrated into automated packaging lines.
The dosing pistons can be equipped with heating elements to maintain the product at a predefined temperature and can also be combined with simple loading hoppers, heating units, mixers, or pressing systems to facilitate product suction.
Ultimately, each machine can be built with the configuration best suited to the user’s specific needs.
