Rotary Three-Way Valve
A robust, fully disassemblable solution, ideal for medium- to high-viscosity products, including those with suspended particles. The transition between suction and dispensing occurs via a conical rotor rotation.
Applications: Viscous products with or without particles
Materials:
• Body in AISI 316L stainless steel
• Rotor in Ertalyte TX or PEEK (food/cosmetic grade)
Available sizes: DN15, DN28, DN50
Available configurations: “L” or “T”
Actuator: Double-acting rotary pneumatic
Connections: Tri-clamp ¾”, 1½”, 2”
Optional accessory: IFM MVQ101 position sensor (2 clean signals)

“Vertical” Three-Way Valve
Recommended for fluid, homogeneous products without particles. Flow direction changes via a vertically moving shutter.
Applications: Low/medium-viscosity particle-free products
Materials:
• Contact parts in AISI 316 with pharmaceutical-grade finish
• Pneumatic actuator in AISI 304
Available sizes: ½” and 1”
Seals: PTFE, FKM, EPDM, FEP, HPU, PEEK, silicone
Tri-clamp fittings:
• Suction: 1” or 1½”
• Dispensing: 1” or ¾”
• Syringe connection: 1” or 1½”
Optional accessory: Sick dual-threshold sensor

Two-Way Anti-Drip Valves
Pneumatically actuated ON-OFF valves, perfect for integration on rotary or linear machines, connected to three-way valves via tube or directly.

1” version
Materials: Body and nozzle in AISI 316L, shutter in PEEK
Available nozzles: Ø 25, 21, 18, 14 mm
Shutters: Ø 15, 13, 10, 8 mm
Tri-clamp fitting: 1½”
Actuator: Double-acting pneumatic in AISI 316

Full-bore version:
• Outlet Ø 22 mm
