Screwcap

Electric benchtop capper with 4-roller stainless steel descending head suitable for sealing pilferproof smooth aluminum screw caps with or without pourer.

By replacing the screw capping head with a magnetic clutch head and its stainless steel spindle, the same machine can be used to close twist off caps on jars and plastic screw caps.

Through the bimanual control, the operator activates the capping head which descends on the neck of the container to close the twist off cap or seal plastic screw caps on PET containers. Furthermore, the magnetic friction head can be combined with a mechanical gripper for closing dispenser-type caps, pump caps, spray caps, nail polish caps, nasal applicators and many other applications used both in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical fields.

Electrically operated bench-top capping machine with stainless steel descending head and 4 rollers to seal smooth aluminium pilferproof caps with or without pourer.

I have just bought the Screwcap capper, I connected it to the electric socket but the head does not turn and the machine does not start. What should I do?
For safety reasons, all Screwcap cappers are packed on a pallet and the protective visor of the capping head is dismantled. Before putting the capper into operation, it is therefore necessary to fit the protective visor of the capping head. This has a microswitch that allows you to start the capping operation once the machine has been connected to the electricity.
The Screwcap capper is new, unfortunately during the node capping operation the head cuts the capsule while the seal is done correctly. What should I do?
If the machine is three-phase, check the direction of rotation of the capping head. In the case of a three-phase motor, check that the head rotates clockwise. Otherwise, two of the three phases on the electrical outlet must be reversed.
The machine is connected, the plexiglass head protection is installed and yet the capper does not work. How come?
It is necessary to verify that the emergency button of the machine is not pressed.
During the capper purchase procedure, we always request sufficient sampling of caps and bottles to be able to adjust the machinery to the customer’s samples. Sending samples of bottles and caps is strongly recommended, especially if you have multiple bottle formats. In fact, when we receive the sampling, we proceed to adjust the capping head and column, according to the dimensions of the bottles and caps received. We insert reference notches on the capping column according to the bottles to be closed. The machine is ready for use and does not need further adjustments and/or modifications.
