Stainless steel nozzle

The interchangeable spout for Enolmatic, made of AISI 316 stainless steel, is the ideal accessory for bottling any type of liquid product with maximum hygiene and safety. Thanks to the strength and resistance of stainless steel, this spout is particularly suitable for use with food products AND NON-food products containing more than 20% alcohol, or for bottling at high temperatures. The stainless steel spout is available in different versions specifically designed for oil, wine, beer, or miniatures: each version is designed with mechanical features adapted to the viscosity and nature of the product, thus ensuring optimal, waste-free flow. The stainless steel spout is fully interchangeable with the plastic one, and Enolmatic can be purchased already equipped with a stainless steel spout.

How do you adjust the filling level with the stainless steel spout?
Place the bottle on the base of the Enolmatic or Enolmaster, under the spout. The lever must be horizontal or slightly tilted upwards. To adjust the liquid level, act on the positioning ring: – Lower = maximum fill – Higher = minimum fill The notches on the ring help maintain consistent measurements. Loosen the two front screws to move the ring, then tighten them again. Fully insert the silicone cone for an airtight seal. Quickly remove the bottle after filling to avoid residual drips.
The motor generates vacuum, but the bottle doesn’t fill. Only air comes out of the spout. What can I do?
In this case, it’s very likely that the spout gasket is worn out. We recommend checking the silicone sealing lip: if it no longer seals properly, it must be replaced.
Can I connect the miniature stainless steel spout to an elevated tank?
No. The miniature stainless steel spout only works if the product is drawn from a container placed on the ground. A higher tank could cause unwanted dripping from the spout.
What is the minimum capacity of compatible bottles?
There is no minimum capacity in terms of volume. Compatibility depends solely on the neck diameter of the bottle: – Standard stainless spout: from 16 to 28 mm – Miniature stainless spout: from 7.5 to 15 mm
Can I use this spout to bottle high-alcohol products?
Yes. The AISI 316 stainless steel spout is ideal for products with an alcohol content > 20%, such as spirits, liqueurs, grappas or food-grade solvents.
What versions of stainless steel spouts are available?
There are AISI 316 stainless steel spouts specifically for: – Wine and clear liquids – Oil and viscous products – Beer and foamy products – Miniature formats (narrow necks) Each version is designed to ensure optimal flow according to the type of product.
Can I install a stainless steel spout on any Enolmatic or Enolmaster?
Yes, all stainless steel spouts are fully interchangeable with plastic ones and compatible with any Enolmatic or Enolmaster.
Is the stainless steel spout washable?
Yes. All stainless steel components can be washed with hot water and food-grade detergent (e.g., Enolclean) or sanitized with peracetic acid-based solutions. Always make sure to remove the gasket before washing, if present.
