Which containers is the kit compatible with?
The kit is compatible with 34-liter and 54-liter demijohns, thanks to the two silicone stoppers included, which fit perfectly onto the standard necks of these formats.
Can I use the Tandem filter during transfer?
Yes. You can install the Tandem filter housing between the source demijohn and the Demi John Kit to filter the product during transfer. This allows the liquid to be clean already in the new demijohn, optimizing the process.
What types of liquids can I transfer with this kit?
The Demi John Kit is suitable for transferring: – Wine – Vinegar – Non-viscous liqueurs – Other non-foamy, non-carbonated food-grade liquids It is not suitable for viscous or carbonated products.
Is it easy to install and use?
Yes. The kit connects easily to the Enolmatic and includes everything needed for operation: – 2 silicone stoppers for different demijohns – Flexible hoses for suction and liquid transfer
Can I use it to fill bottles or jars?
No, the Demi John Kit is intended exclusively for demijohn-to-demijohn transfer. For filling bottles or jars, it is advisable to use the specific kits (Wine Kit, Jar Kit, etc.).
Can I use it with the Enolmaster?
No, the Demi John Kit is only compatible with the Enolmatic. The Enolmaster uses a multi-head system for simultaneous bottle filling, which is not suitable for demijohn transfer.
