Jarselite by Tenco is a semi-automatic pneumatic machine designed for the precise filling and capping of glass jars with liquid, viscous products, or products containing pieces in suspension. Thanks to the Doselite volumetric dosing pump, the machine doses adjustable volumes from 50 to 1300 ml, offering maximum flexibility for different applications. The integrated capping system is specifically designed for use with twist-off caps, ensuring hermetic and secure sealing.

High-quality construction materials: All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and compliance with food industry hygiene standards. The AISI 304 stainless steel frame ensures strength and durability over time.

Doselite volumetric dosing pump: This unit allows accurate dosing of volumes from 50 to 1300 ml, perfect for dense products or those containing pieces in suspension. The doser is suitable for working with products up to 100°C (hot filling), maintaining constant precision even at high temperatures.

Adjustable pneumatic capping: The pneumatic motor allows capping with adjustable torque control to ensure a secure closure of the twist-off cap without compromising the jar. The adjustments provide precise control of the force applied to the cap.
