The Flowmaster vacuum-level filler, available in bench-top or trolley-mounted versions, is specifically designed for the vacuum filling of preserving liquids into glass jars, ensuring a safe, precise, and hygienic process.
Ideal for the food industry for packaging products in oil, pickles, and fruits in syrup or spirits, this machine represents the perfect solution for those seeking professional and high-quality packaging.
Operation and filling process
Flowmaster uses a vacuum system to draw and transfer the preserving liquid into the jars. The process begins by connecting the machine to a container holding the liquid, such as oil, vinegar, brine, or syrup. The liquid is drawn from the drum or container, which can be placed on the floor or at a lower level than the machine, and transferred to the filling head.
Once the jar is positioned under the filling head, the electric vacuum pump creates a vacuum inside the jar. This vacuum allows the liquid to flow without air bubbles, filling the jar evenly to the desired level without oxidizing the product.
Thanks to the filling head made of food-grade technopolymer and AISI 316 stainless steel, the liquid comes into contact with the machine in completely safe and hygienic conditions.
The vacuum filling system is particularly effective in ensuring that the liquid is evenly distributed without waste, minimizing the presence of air inside the jar. This preserves the freshness and quality of the packaged product and extends its shelf life.
Hot filling
The Flowmaster filler is also suitable for hot filling, up to a maximum temperature of 90°C. This makes it ideal for products that require vacuum sealing at elevated temperatures while maintaining all the product’s organoleptic characteristics.
