Flowmaster

The Flowmaster Vacuum Filler, available as a tabletop model or on a frame with wheels, is specifically designed for vacuum filling of brine liquids into glass jars, ensuring a safe, precise, and hygienic process. Ideal for the food industry, particularly for the packaging of products preserved in oil, pickles, and fruit in alcohol, this machine is the perfect solution for those seeking professional and high-quality packaging.

Operation and Filling Process

The Flowmaster uses a vacuum system to draw and transfer the brine liquid into the jars. The process begins by connecting the machine to a container holding the liquid, such as oil, vinegar, brine, or syrup. The liquid is then drawn from a drum or container, which can be positioned on the floor or at a lower level than the machine, and transferred to the filling head.

Once the jar is placed under the filling head, the electric vacuum pump creates a vacuum inside the jar. This vacuum allows the liquid to flow smoothly without forming air bubbles, filling the jar to the desired level uniformly and without product oxidation. Thanks to the filling head made from food-grade technopolymer and AISI 316 stainless steel, the liquid contact happens under completely safe and hygienic conditions.

The vacuum filling system is particularly advantageous in ensuring that the liquid is properly distributed without waste, minimizing the presence of air inside the jar. This preserves the freshness and quality of the packaged product, extending its shelf life.

Hot Filling

The Flowmaster Filler is also compatible with hot filling, up to a maximum temperature of 90°C. This makes it ideal for products that require vacuum sealing at elevated temperatures, while maintaining all the product’s organoleptic properties.
