Professional tandem filter holder for Enolmaster

The TANDEM PROFESSIONAL vacuum filter has been specifically designed to be used in combination with the ENOLMASTER bottling machine, offering the possibility to filter and fill the product in a single operation cycle. Thanks to its three interchangeable cartridges, available in fiberglass or AISI 316L stainless steel, this filter is extremely versatile and suitable for multiple applications. With the TANDEM PROFESSIONAL filter, it is possible to work with various types of liquids such as wine, oil, liqueurs, syrups, and fruit juices, simply by replacing the filter cartridge with the one most suitable for the product being processed. The filter is available with a plastic or pyrex glass chamber, the latter being particularly suitable for filtering products at high temperatures or with a high alcohol content, thus ensuring optimal performance and long-lasting durability.

Can I use three cartridges with different filtration grades in the Tandem Professional filter?
No. The three filter cartridges operate in parallel, not in sequence. They must all have the same filtration grade; otherwise, the flow rate will be uneven and the filtration will be ineffective.
Can I use the Enolmatic Tandem filter housing with the Enolmaster instead of the Tandem Professional?
Absolutely not. The Enolmaster has a higher flow rate than the Enolmatic and therefore requires a larger filtering surface. The Tandem Professional, equipped with three cartridges, is specifically designed to support the speed and volume of the Enolmaster.
How can I properly clean the Tandem Professional filter?
Cleaning depends on the type of product filtered: For wine, beer, and fruit juices: use acidic detergents For oil or sugary products (syrups, liqueurs): use alkaline detergents The recommended dose is a maximum of 8 g of detergent per liter of water. Always rinse thoroughly with potable water after washing.
What type of cartridges can I use in the Tandem Professional?
The filter is compatible with fiberglass cartridges (suitable for food products at room temperature) and AISI 316L stainless steel cartridges, ideal for hot or high-alcohol content products.
Can I filter hot products with the Tandem Professional?
Yes, but only if the filter is used with a Pyrex glass chamber and AISI 316L stainless steel cartridges. This configuration is suitable for products up to 80°C or with high alcohol content.
What’s the difference between the plastic chamber and the glass chamber?
The plastic chamber is lighter and more economical, suitable for products at room temperature and low alcohol content. The Pyrex glass chamber is more resistant and recommended for hot or alcoholic liquids, ensuring greater durability and better chemical resistance.
How long does a cartridge last?
The lifespan depends on: Type of product filtered Frequency of use Proper cleaning and maintenance Stainless steel cartridges last longer than fiberglass ones, which need to be replaced more frequently.
